This website is operated by Yukon Tents Ltd ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms of service.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, and availability at any time without notice. Product images are representative; natural canvas may vary slightly in colour and texture, and may shrink modestly after first wetting - this is normal and not a defect.

Orders & payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or contain pricing errors. Payment is due in full at checkout. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Products are covered by our one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Safe use of products

Canvas tents, wood stoves, and related gear are intended for outdoor use by adults. While our canvas is treated for flame resistance and water repellency, no canvas is fireproof or waterproof. Always follow setup and stove-safety instructions, use a fitted stove jack and fire mat, ensure adequate ventilation, and never leave a burning stove unattended. You assume responsibility for safe setup and use of our products.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yukon Tents Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, logos, and designs - is the property of Yukon Tents Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
