Canvas Tent Repairs

Any brand, any age. Patched, re-stitched, and sent back into the bush.

Your tent took a hit. We can fix it. Yukon Tents Ltd offers canvas repair services for wall tents of any brand and any age — done in our Surrey, BC workshop by the same hands that build our tents.

Canvas wall tents are built to last decades. Most of the time, what looks like a tent at the end of its life just needs skilled repair work to be good for another twenty years. We see it all the time — and we'd rather fix it than send it to the landfill.

How it works

  1. Contact us — describe the damage or send photos to info@yukontents.ca. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing.
  2. Ship or drop off — ship your tent canvas to our Surrey, BC workshop, or drop it off in person if you're local. We'll provide a shipping address when you contact us.
  3. We assess and quote — once we have the tent in hand, we give you a firm quote before any work starts. No surprises.
  4. Repair & return — turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the volume of repairs and season. We ship back via Canada Post or you can arrange your own courier for large tents.

Pricing

Repairs are quoted individually — the scope varies too much for a flat rate. That said, here are ballpark ranges to help you plan:

Repair Type Ballpark Range
Small patch (under 6") $25–$50
Large patch or seam repair $75–$200
Zipper replacement (door) $80–$150
Stove pipe jack replacement $75–$125

Minimum shop fee: $50. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in both directions.

We repair all brands

We don't only fix Yukon Tents. If you have a canvas wall tent from any manufacturer — Reliable, Kodiak, Davis, Elk Mountain, Springbar, or an older Canadian-made tent — bring it in. Canvas is canvas, and we know how to work it.
