72-hour money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

How to start a return

Email info@yukontents.ca or call 778-230-0972 with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable items

Custom factory upgrades sewn into a tent (extra windows, doors, stove jacks) and items showing use or damage cannot be returned.

One-year limited warranty

Beyond the return window, every Yukon Tent is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our full Warranty & Returns page for coverage details and how to make a claim.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
